GENERAL TERMS OF USE & SERVICE
The website http://partner.redbus.com and any mobile applications which link to the website (the "Website") is published and maintained by ibibo Group Pte. Ltd ("Redbus"), a company incorporated in accordance with the laws of Singapore. When you access, browse or use this Website, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the terms and conditions set forth herein.
These Terms and Conditions of use, any terms incorporated by reference and any additional terms posted on this Website as amended from time to time (“Terms”) together constitute the entire agreement between Redbus and you with respect to your use of this Website.
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE IN ANY WAY SIGNIFIES YOUR ACCEPTANCE TO OUR TERMS. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to our other Website policies; including but not limited to our, (i) Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time; and (ii) Cookie Policy. In addition to these Terms, any other 'terms of service' of the application-programming interface ("API") with which Redbus may tie-up will form an integral part of this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "API Terms"). However, in the event of a conflict between such API Terms and this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.
Please note that should any provision of the Terms be deemed invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or enforceability shall not affect the other provisions of these Terms, and the remaining Terms will remain in full force and effect.

USE OF THIS WEBSITE BY AGENTS ONLY

This Website is only available for commercial use by a travel agent, tour operator, consolidator, aggregator etc. for group bookings only where authorized, approved by and registered with Redbus (“Agent/You”). Redbus may take various steps to verify the orders placed by the Agent and reserves the right to terminate bookings which Redbus has in its sole discretion believes to be made by persons other than an Agent or other invalid bookings without notice.

Certain areas of this Website may only be available to registered Agents. To become a registered Agent, the Agent must register an account with Redbus, during which the Agent may be required to provide Redbus with certain information. The Agent represents such information to be complete, true and accurate. Further, by registering an account with Redbus, the Agent agrees to the following:

Agent is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of its account and password and for restricting access to its computer to prevent unauthorized access to its account when using this Website

By using the Website, the Agent authorizes Redbus and its agents to access third party sites, including that of banks and other payment gateways, designated by the bank or on the bank's behalf for retrieving requested information for the processing of a customer generated transaction on the Website.

The Agent agrees to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under its account or password.

The Agent shall take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform Redbus immediately if it has any reason to believe that its password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorized manner.

Redbus will not be responsible for screening, censoring or otherwise controlling transactions.

The Agent warrants that it will abide by all such additional procedures and guidelines, as modified from time to time, in connection with the use of Website. The Agent shall also be liable to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the use of the Website with respect to the jurisdiction concerned for each transaction.

The Agent is not allowed to re-sell, deep-link, use, copy, monitor (e.g. spider, scrape), display, download or reproduce any content or information, software, products or code available on the Website for any commercial or competitive activity or purpose.

Redbus reserves the right to refuse access to the Website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content at any time without notice if Redbus has reasonable belief that any account is being used for unauthorized purposes.

Redbus reserves the right to suspend or terminate an Agent’s account should the Agent be found to be in violation of these Terms.

The Agent will also be required to open a prepaid account (“E-Wallet” as defined below) with Redbus in order to use this Website and the Agent agrees that it will be entirely responsible for the security of his/her E-Wallet.

E-WALLET

As an alternative to the payment methods made available on the Website, you may instead choose to maintain a minimum account balance of SGD 50 and a maximum account balance of SGD 30,000. The said monies can be transferred into the E-Wallet using a credit card/debit card/electronic transfer/cheque/cash deposit in the designated bank account, accepted by the Website into your payment account with the Website (“E-Wallet”). You shall solely bear all the expenses, fees and/or charges as may be applicable towards the transfer of the said monies in to the E-Wallet, administered by the respective banks.

This E-Wallet balance may be used to purchase bus tickets at the Online Marketplace but cannot be redeemed against a cash balance in your bank account. The requisite sum used for purchasing the bus tickets at the Online Marketplace will be deducted from your E-Wallet at the time of purchase of bus tickets.

Redbus may charge, at its sole discretion a one-time administrative charge of SGD 50, which shall be deducted from your E-Wallet balance.

Redbus will use commercially reasonable efforts to make funds available to you as soon as possible and in any event not later than 48 working hours after Redbus actually receives payment from your credit/debit card/ electronic transfer/cheque/cash deposit in the designated bank account.

You will only be able to use the E-Wallet to purchase bus tickets at the Online Marketplace, and not from any other merchants.

The account balance contained in your E-Wallet is refundable and non-transferable to any other account or third party and is non-interest bearing.

If you choose to close/terminate/suspend your account with Redbus, the balance sums in your E-Wallet will be refunded to you. Please note that an administrative fee for carrying out the refund may be offset against the balance in your E-Wallet.

The funds in your E-Wallet will only be valid for 90 days from the last day of your use of the E-Wallet, after which the balance in your E-Wallet will be refunded to you. As above, please note that an administrative fee for carrying out the refund may be offset against the balance in your E-Wallet.

Any reference to “You”. “you” or “User” in the terms and conditions referred to in subparagraph (a) above would mean the Agent for the purposes of these Terms; and any reference to “Website”, “Online Marketplace”, “Facility” refers to the Website as defined above and the services provided on such Website.

In the event of any inconsistencies between the terms and conditions referred to in subparagraph (a) above and the Terms of this agreement, the Terms of this agreement will prevail.

CARRIAGE POLICY

Agent is responsible for ensuring that the travelling date, time and destination for the tickets to be purchased are correct before booking/reserving such tickets using the Website or when you select to confirm your ticket purchase from the internet ticketing system. Please check our Cancellation Policy available on the Website for details about cancellation and refunds.

Redbus shall not be liable if the Agent’s customers/the bus passenger fails to be on board the bus by the time the coach departs.

The bus operators reserve the right to refuse the Agent’s customers/the bus passenger and the Agent’s customers’/the bus passengers’ luggage from carriage on the bus for whatsoever reason that the bus operators/Redbus deem justified, including but not limited to:

The carrying of contraband, illegal substances, fragile or oversized/overweight luggage, unruly behavior, drunkenness or any other behavior that we deem as affecting other passengers' comfort or safety.

The Agent’s customers/the bus passenger are unable to produce valid-ID while travelling.

The payment of your fare is fraudulent;

The booking of the seat has been done fraudulently or unlawfully or has been purchased from a person not authorized by Redbus;

The debit/credit card with which the Agent paid for the fare has been reported lost or stolen;

The itinerary or booking or confirmation slip is counterfeit or fraudulently obtained;
-
The itinerary has been altered by anyone other than Redbus or Redbus’ authorized agent, or has been mutilated (in which case we reserve the right to retain such documentation);

The Agent’s customers/the bus passenger is unable to produce a valid and legible boarding ticket for the intended travel. The boarding ticket constitutes the prima facie evidence of the contract of carriage between the bus operator and the boarding ticket holder;

The Agent’s customers/the bus passenger are deemed medically unfit to travel and may pose a health threat to other passengers on board at the absolute discretion of Redbus;

The Agent’s customers/the bus passengers fail to arrive on time to board before the time of departure or fail to board the coach by the time the bus departs.

If the bus operator has refused to carry the Agent’s customers/the bus passengers or chooses to remove the Agent’s customers/the bus passenger from carriage as per the reasons abovementioned, we reserve the right to cancel the unused ticket and the Agent’s customers/the bus passengers will not be entitled to further carriage or refund of fare. Redbus will not be liable for the consequential or incidental loss, damage, cost, or fee the Agent’s customers/the bus passengers may incur with the refusal of carriage.

Children below age twelve (12) will not be accepted for carriage unless they are accompanied by an adult.

The bus operators reserve the right to reschedule, cancel, and/or delay any trips and substitute other buses for reasons the bus operators deem necessary.

The Agent’s customers/the bus passenger are responsible to ensure that valid and necessary travel documents, including the relevant passports, valid visas and/or identification, are carried with the Agent’s customers/the bus passengers for the journey. If the Agent’s customers/the bus passengers are denied entry/exit, held up at the immigration for the country they are travelling to, from or over, Redbus will not be held responsible for the mentioned and reserve the right to continue the journey. Redbus shall not be responsible for the consequential or incidental loss, cost, and fee incurred by the Agent/the Agent’s customers/the bus passenger as a result of this (see Visitors' Entry regarding further information on travel documents, regulations and requirements).
